## Information

Installation of FuelDirect requires FuelDirect.exe and a Base Installer setup file. Choose the `fd-setup*` file that meets the needs of the installation.
  FuelDirect.exe : Latest version of FuelDirect Software Controller
  
FuelDirect Base Installers - 057.007.058 (and up)
- **NEW INSTALLATION:** Install the FuelDirect Base Environment for FuelDirect version 057.007.058 (and up) on a system that does not currently have FuelDirect installed. For use with the Software License or USB Dongle.
    - **fd_setup-new-install.exe**: Requires an internet connection as it may need to download supplemental files.
    - **fd_setup-new-offline-install.exe**: Required if no internet connection is available, or if downloads are blocked by network permissions.
- **UPDATE EXISTING INSTALLATION:** Updates an installed FuelDirect Base Environment to be compatible with the current version of FuelDirect.exe.
    - Use only if FuelDirect 057.007.058 or above is currently installed. If updating from a version prior to 057.007.058, uninstall FuelDirect and do a new installation of the lastest version.
    - **fd_setup-update-install.exe**: Updates an installed FuelDirect Base Environment to be compatible with the current version of FuelDirect.exe
