*Re-Worked the way the status/handle is read in for Wayne SC86
models. Since the status bits for DATA 3 of BLOCK_ID1 on SC86 seem to
be bits 7-3 (instead of 8-4), we now shift bits 7-3 up by 1 and set bit
3 to 1 if we have a product of 0x03.
DATA 0 of BLOCK_ID0 is still using bits 8-4 to load the pump control
data, for now. This may also need to change if there are additional issues.
